Overview
1. Defensive Driving (Ticket Diversion | Court-Ordered)
Take our defensive driving course to get your ticket diverted or to satisfy a court requirement for defensive driving. Our course is approved by the State of Arizona.
Note: We do NOT offer the Traffic Survival Program. We only offer Defensive Driving School (a.k.a. Traffic School).
How It Works

- Get your Receipt of Completion.
Register
Registration is fast and easy -- only two minutes! Create a username and password. Use your username and password to access the course as often as you want.
We provide an unlimited number of logins.

See the cost to attend. We offer several convenient payment options:
Credit card online, credit card by phone, or check by mail.
Complete the Course
Our course consists of sixteen lessons, including lecture material and videos. You can complete the course at your own pace: a little at a time or all in one sitting.
Each time you login, we automatically take you to where you last left off.
Get Your Receipt of Completion
We will email you your Receipt of Completion after completing the course.
You can also print a copy online from your account. Your Receipt of Completion is your proof that you have successfully completed and passed a Defensive Driving Program.
Your court will also be notified electronically of your course completion.
If you do not have access to a printer and need a hard copy of your Receipt of Completion, please call us and we would be more than happy to mail you a copy.
2. Insurance Discount Only
- You may be eligible for an insurance discount by completing our defensive driving course. Discounts, if any, vary from insurer to insurer. Please check with your insurance company before taking our course.
- The course is for insurance discount only and is not intended to be taken for ticket dismissal unless specifically approved by the court.
- This course is intended for all licensed drivers up to age
55. Mature drivers (age
55
or older) must complete a mature driver course.
3. Mature Driver Improvement
- You may obtain a discount on your auto insurance premium by completing a driver improvement course. The amount of the discount, if any, varies by insurance company. Check with your insurance agent to see the discount available to you.
- The course is for insurance discount only and is not intended to be taken for ticket dismissal unless specifically approved by the court.
- This course is intended for all licensed mature drivers age

and older. Drivers under the age of
55
must complete an insurance discount only course.

Pass the Exam
Our online exam consists of multiple-choice questions and requires about 10-15 minutes to complete. Most people pass the exam the first time. However, you can take the exam as often as necessary without any additional charge.
Get Your Certificate
You can print your certificate online immediately after passing the final exam. You must sign the certificate and send it to your insurance company.
