1. Register. Registration is fast and easy -- only two minutes! Create a username and password, enter your contact information, read about the course, and make payment. That's it! You're ready to get started.

2. Complete the course. The course consists of 8 short lessons full of text, videos, animations, and games. You can proceed through the course at your own pace; however, the State does require that you spend at least 6 hours in the course, so there are minimum time requirements that must be met for each lesson before you can take the lesson quiz.

3. Pass the final exam. At the end of the course is a 10-question, multiple-choice final exam. You must score at least 80% to pass. Most people pass the exam the first time. However, you can take the exam as many times as necessary -- there is no extra charge.

4. Get your certificate. We will email your Certificate of Completion to you after you pass the final exam. You can also print a copy of your certificate from your account.
