Why do I have to submit a notarized affidavit before I get my certificate?
Beginning January 3, 2023, the Nevada DMV is requiring ALL online schools to collect a notarized affidavit from students declaring that they have completed the final exam before the school is allowed to issue a Certificate of Completion. After you pass the final exam, we will provide you with an affidavit that you can download, sign, and have notarized and submit back to us. To help make things easier, we will provide you with a list of both online and in-person notaries, though you are free to use a notary that you find on your own as long as they're certified. After you have your affidavit notarized, you can submit it to us via online upload, email, fax, or mail. Once we verify that we have received your notarized affidavit, we will email you your Certificate of Completion.
