What You Need to Know
We make it easy to get your Certificate of Completion!
Defensive Driving
We will mail you an original copy of your certificate. You must sign this certificate and send it to the court. This is your proof that you completed a defensive driving program.
If you finish the final exam by 3PM PST Monday-Friday, we will process and mail your certificate via 1st Class USPS mail that same day. If you complete the final exam after 3PM PST Monday-Friday, your certificate will be processed the next business day.
If you need your certificate sooner, we also offer FedEx Overnight and 2-Day delivery for an additional fee. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Insurance Discount
You can print your certificate online immediately after passing the final exam. Simply sign your Certificate of Completion and present it to your insurance carrier to obtain the discount.
