Your case may be assigned to a federal court in the event you got a ticket in a national park or on a military base. Federal Courts process citations written on FEDERAL land and in FEDERAL facilities, such as military bases, national parks, or national monuments. These courts are not affiliated with the traffic courts run by the Superior Court in each county of California. However, Safe2Drive’s certificate of completion is accepted by these courts as well.
For tickets assigned to a federal court, we will email your Certificate of Completion to you after passing the final exam. You must sign the certificate and submit it directly to the court.
