2-Point Credit

Select this reason if you're taking this course voluntarily to get a 2-point credit on your driving record. Please note: You may only take this course for a 2-point credit once every three years and up to five times in your lifetime.

I am aware that I am not entitled to a two-point credit if on this date the points assessed against my record is less than 2 points or more than 11 points.

Court Ordered

Select this reason if you are taking this course because you were ordered by a court to take an adult remedial program.

I am aware that by choosing court ordered as my reason, that I will not receive a two-point credit from the OH BMV and if I am eligible and want a two-point credit in addition to meeting my court requirement, I will need to register and complete a second course.

Juvenile Suspension

Select this reason if you are 19 years of age or older and are taking this course because of a juvenile suspension that occurred before the age of 18.

Suspension for OVI/OVUAC

Select this reason if your license was suspended due to being under the age of 21 and under the influence of alcohol while operating a vehicle.

12-Point Suspension

Select this reason if you are taking this course to satisfy a BMV requirement in order to be eligible to retain your license or to have your license returned due to a 12-point suspension.
