A Florida traffic ticket is issued by a police officer for most violations of Florida traffic laws, such as a Florida speeding ticket. These tickets normally involve fines and points on your Florida drivers license. Most traffic fines are paid by mail, but you may avoid points on your record by attending a Florida Basic Driver Improvement Class.
