California Traffic School
You can take our course to satisfy your traffic school requirement for a ticket you got in Stanislaus County. Safe2Drive is approved the Superior Court in Stanislaus County, and completion certificates
are accepted at both the Modesto Courthouse on Floyd Avenue and the Juvenile Courthouse on Blue Gum Avenue. Only tickets given to juveniles are handled by the Juvenile Courthouse.
Eligibility for Traffic School
You will receive a courtesy notice about 10 days before your court date. Contact the court if you do not. Review the notice (front and back).
It will list your court date. It will also tell you if you are eligible for traffic school and what to do.
How It Works
If you meet eligibility requirements and wish to attend trafffic school, you will be required to pay an Administrative Fee and the bail. There will be a separate fee collected by the Traffic School you choose to attend.
Your ticket is dismissed once the court receives proof of your completion.
